Since SimpleWebPro hosts your website, email accounts are made available for you to use with your website. You can add and remove email accounts from the administrative panel.

Email Manager

You have full control of your email accounts from the email manager. To get there, first log into the administrative panel. Click on the Site Settings tab then click on the link that labeld email on the left. (Note, if you are in wizard mode you don't need to click on the site settings tab first, simply click on the email link to the left). This will take you to the email manager. From here, follow the instructions below to manipulate your email accounts.

Adding Email Accounts

From the email manager you can easily add an account. You simply need to type in the email address that you want to create and assign a password to the account.

Removing Email Accounts

In the email manager, you will see a list of all the email addresses that currently exist on the server. To remove one, simply click on the delete button next to an email account. A confirmation box will appear asking you if you want to delete the email address. Once you click ok, the email will be deleted from the server.

The inbox for the email address will also be erased. If you havne't checked all the email for an account, and then erase it, the email will not be able to be revcovered. If you do accidentaly delete an email address, you can simply add it again to continue receiving email, however, any email that was on the server that hadn't yet been read will be lost.

Changing Email Account Passwords

From the email manager you can also change the password that your email client uses to access the email account. To do this simply enter the new password in the boxes corresponding to the email address you wish to modify and click the submit button next to the email address.

Using Your Email Accounts

In order to use your email accounts, you need to configure an email client. There are several possible ones to chose from. You can use any client you wish that supports pop3 and smtp.
